Glass slides
 
In several parts of the human and veterinary medicine as well as the field of biotechnology, there is an increasing demand on glass slides (sample carriers) with chemical and mechanical resistant and forgery-proof markings. To protect their identity is highly important, any possibility of mixing them up must be eliminated.
 
Markings generated with our innovative and patent-registered laser marking technologies MarcColor® and UniColor® fulfill this requirements. These markings show the following properties:

  • maximum legibility/recognizability as independend from individual handwriting
  • high contrast and solution
  • machine readable 
  • permanent (allows to file/to archive the slides)
  • mechanically and thermal resistant
  • resistant against UV radiation
  • resistant against aggressive chemicals.
